Those Annoying Speeding TicketsSo you're cruising down the highway in your Porsche 911 Turbo. You've got the sun roof open and the wind in your hair. You're stoked that it's Friday and the weekend lies ahead. All is perfect. But, then it happens. You hear this annoying sound struggling to drown out your CD player. You shoot a quick glance in your rearview mirror, and your perfectly content face turns to a saggy frown. We all know what that means. You're being pulled over. Not those annoying red and blue lights again. Maybe you switch lanes and hope he goes away, but it turns out he's truly pursuing you. Ah, those wonderful speeding tickets. I ended up paying a ticket fee and court costs, but that was the end of it. I was glad I showed up in court as opposed to simply sending in a payment. When it comes to speeding tickets, you plainly and simply don't want them. They cause your insurance to sky-rocket. That's not good for the old bank account. How many speeding tickets have you acquired? Hopefully not many. Regardless, you should try and have your ticket resolved as best you can. If you can avoid it going on your record, you're doing well. Of course the best route is to not get speeding tickets by sticking with the posted speed limit. However, if you do receive a ticket and you feel as though it was wrongly issued, I recommend pleading it out. Make the officer prove it was you speeding past his radar gun.
